It is not recommended to resize the design. Re sizing it more than 10% larger or smaller can result in poor embroidery quality.

If your file format is not listed, please contact me prior purchasing my item to see if I can convert the design to desired format.

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a download links email from SVGes.com or You can download your goods from “My Account” folder.

You are purchasing digital file not the patch. You will need the embroidery machine to use the files you purchased.

As it is digital file, no refunds are offered. Although, if legitimate reason provided, partial or all refund can be reviewed.
